Vinyasa Dynamique Français

Passer d'un mouvement à l'autre avec le souffle. Dans ce cours, vous serez conduit d'une pose à l'autre par votre inspiration et votre expiration, créant de la chaleur à l'intérieur du corps. Les cours peuvent être physiquement difficiles, mais il y a une Asana (posture) pour tout le monde.

En commençant par quelques étirements pour détendre notre corps nous trouvons une position de repos confortable puis il ne vous reste plus qu'à écouter ma voix qui vous guidera vers une relaxation profonde.

Attendez-vous à de nombreuses couvertures, traversins, coussins et autres accessoires pour vous aider à vous détendre.

We start by gently stretching our bodies before finding a comfortable resting place. Supported by bolsters, blankets, pillows and anything else that makes you comfortable you can rest whilst being guided through a meditation to bring you into a deep state of relaxation.

Yoga for Sleep

A workshop on how we can use the tools of yoga to help us have a better sleep, go to sleep and go back to sleep. 

​

We'll look at what we can do during the day to ensure we have a good nights sleep, what may be possibly preventing a good nights sleep & how we can energise ourselves during the day if we wake up a bit 'fuzzy headed'

​

Through the tools of Asana (movement) Pranayama (breath) & Sound we will address some of our  Samskaras (habits) which will give you an understanding of how you may be able to have a better nights sleep.

We'll spend the morning exploring our breath. We'll look at the different ways we breathe, how that effects us and what we can do to improve our breathing.

Exploring our breath through the five koshas (layers) Annamaya (physical) Manomaya (mind) Pranamaya (breath & energy) Vijnanamaya (Knowledge)

Anamaya (Bliss)

We'll look at how each layer responds to the breath and create a practice to help you find your best breath.

​

After lunch we will delve into Anamaya kosha with a long relaxation.
