Hi, I’m Anna. I grew up in North Wales and now live in southwest France with my family and our very energetic Border Collie.
I’m a certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, and trauma-informed somatic coach. My work is rooted in supporting people to feel safer, more connected, and more at home in their bodies.
Mornings are often spent guiding yoga classes where curiosity is encouraged and movement is explored from the inside out. My teaching is grounded in functional, embodied movement rather than striving for shapes. One of my favourite modern yoga quotes captures this:
“We don’t use the body to get into a pose. We use the pose to get into the body.” Bernie Clark
In the afternoons, I work one-to-one, offering yoga therapy and somatic coaching for anxiety, fatigue, chronic pain, and overwhelm. Some people come to reconnect with their bodies after a period away from movement, others to develop a deeper relationship with their breath. I also have additional training in postnatal and C-section recovery, supporting mums as they navigate both physical changes and emotional balance.
My approach is gentle, attuned, and nervous-system led, creating space for regulation, resilience, and meaningful, sustainable change.
Above all, I believe in meeting you where you are, listening deeply, and moving at the pace your body allows.
If you’d like to work with me or join a class, I’d love to hear from you.
Anna
