MEETING YOU WHERE YOU'RE AT
Each session is unique, tailored to your needs and goals. Some people find balance through breathwork, others through movement. My role is to meet you where you are, in what feels most comfortable for you.
The first session lasts around an hour and a half, during which we take time to explore your health and needs in depth and create a personalised plan. The following sessions are one hour long. A series of five sessions is usually enough to support deep and lasting change.
We move forward together, as a team. The practices I share are gentle yet powerful, designed to integrate naturally into your daily life. Sessions take place every two weeks, with home practices carefully adapted to your schedule and lifestyle.
With training in yoga therapy and somatic methods (such as Focusing, IFS, and inner child work), as well as functional movement learned from osteopaths and physiotherapists, I weave together a complete and personalised approach. My aim is to create a pathway that truly supports your well-being.

What continues to amaze me is the transformation that can happen in just a few sessions. I have worked with women who, despite exhaustion, found their strength again; with others who were overwhelmed by anxiety and discovered a new sense of grounding; and with those struggling with sleep issues who began to enjoy more restful nights.

SOMATICS & YOGA = BODY MIND CONNECTION
Somatics comes from the Greek word for "living body." Not one person will have exactly the same reaction to the same situation as we have all had different experiences. The body learns how to navigate through its environment, sometimes postural habits or breath patterns developed over time lead to a compromise in movement, mental health or chronic pain. Somatics incorporates practices to retrain the nervous system, develop muscle memory and helps us have a better understanding of ourselves as a whole. I am informed in Focusing and IFS which are both wonderful practices to combine with breath and gentle movement practices.
Yoga Therapy uses the tools of yoga such as breathwork, meditation and movement within the framework of ancient modals such as the chakras to design a personalised program that best fits a person's interests.
I combine both techniques to empower you on your way to better health and well-being. I am a qualified yoga therapist and yoga teacher with over 1000hours of training. Somatics and Yoga Therapy compliment each other to provide a deep healing and understanding of the body, mind and breath.

BOOKING OPTIONS

Option one:
Book 5 sessions
Sessions are usually every other week and last between an hour to ninety minutes.
You will be given practices to do between the sessions and are able to contact me for support if needed.
Investment: I work on a sliding scale:
Full Price: 325€ for 5 sessions or 65€ a session
Lower Price: 225€ for 5 sessions or 45€ a session
