Each session is tailored to your needs, your pace, your goals.
Some people benefit most from breathwork, others from movement, and others from simply slowing down and reconnecting with their body. Together, we find what works best for you.
The first session (90 minutes) gives us time to go through your health form and understand more about what you’re looking for. From there, we create a personalised approach. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.
We work together step by step. The practices I offer are gentle, practical, and designed to fit into your daily life. Sessions usually take place every two weeks, with simple home practices adapted to your lifestyle.

I combine yoga therapy with somatic (body-based) practices.
In simple terms, this means we work with your nervous system, not just your thoughts to support lasting change.
Stress, pain, and tension often build up over time. Your body adapts, sometimes in ways that leave you feeling stuck, tired, or overwhelmed.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided awareness, we help your system reset, creating more ease, balance, and resilience.

My work is trauma informed and adapted to each individual.
I draw from yoga therapy, somatic practices, and functional movement to support your overall well-being physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all method, each session is designed around you.

BOOKING OPTIONS
Option one:
Book 5 sessions
Sessions are usually every other week and last between an hour to ninety minutes.
You will be given practices to do between the sessions and are able to contact me for support if needed.
Investment: I work on a sliding scale:
Full Price: 295€ for 5 sessions or 65€ a session
Lower Price: 200€ for 5 sessions or 45€ a session
