Hello, I’m Anna. I’m a yoga teacher, certified yoga therapist and trauma-informed somatic coach with a deep passion for the power of breath, movement, and compassionate presence in supporting healing and wellbeing.

My professional journey has been shaped by extensive training, including a two year diploma in yoga therapy,  training  in trauma-informed somatic coaching and specialised study in pranayama, fascia, and postnatal recovery. This foundation allows me to offer practices that are both therapeutic and evidence-informed, blending modern scientific research with the wisdom of traditional yoga.

My approach is gentle, trauma-sensitive, and tailored to each individual. I believe that true healing happens when we create a safe and supportive environment, allowing the body and mind to restore balance at their own pace.

In our work together, I integrate therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices to meet you exactly where you are. Some people come to me to deepen their connection with the breath or improve sleep quality. Others are seeking support with anxiety, stress, or energy imbalances. Many are looking for relief from physical discomfort, such as back or hip pain, or want guidance in navigating postnatal recovery and other life transitions.

Every session is designed with your unique needs in mind. I combine evidence-based knowledge with traditional practices so you can feel confident that the work we do is both safe and effective. My role is to support you in discovering practices that feel nourishing, sustainable, and empowering — tools you can carry with you long after our sessions.

At the heart of my work is a belief that we don’t have to choose between science and ancient wisdom. When the two are combined with care, they offer powerful tools for restoring balance in body and mind.

Outside of my professional role, I continue to explore the evolving science of fascia, breath, and the nervous system, areas of study that deeply inform the way I guide clients. I also love spending time with my family and our crazy border collie Heidi :)
