MEETING YOU WHERE YOU'RE AT Sessions can be online, in person at your home or at my cabinee in Oloron and hopefully soon in Pau too. Incorporating bodywork and mindful practices to enhance physical and mental well-being. Through listening to your needs a program will be created especially for you. Depending on your aims we may work mostly with movement, or breath practices or maybe relaxation techniques or other somatic enquiry practices.
