A six week course where mums can come with or without their baby.

A space to move and a space to share!

We'll explore the posture, the pelvis, the breath &the core amongst other subjects using a blend of Yoga, somatics, breathwork and sharing.

What we will explore

The breath

We'll explore how we are breathing and how it may be having an affect on our posture, pelvic floor and even our energy. I'll share some gentle stretches and asanas that can increase our awareness and quality of breath

Posture

From the feet up! Exploring the relationship between our feet and pelvis and pelvis and spine. How are you rocking your babe?

We'll look at exercises to help decrease back and shoulder pain.

Core Strength

Engaging the core and how we are recruiting the core during movement. We'll explore movements & exercises to increase core strength and ways to help heal diastasis recti.

Caesarean Scars

We'll look at ways to help heal scarring gently yet effectively looking at techniques such as massage and dry brushing.

Your Mind

It' not just our bodies on the outside that have experienced massive changes, our organs, fascia and hormones have and may still be experiencing monumental shifts. This is a space where we can touch on these subjects & explore ways to centre ourselves when we need to.

Your Pelvis

Did you know it is just as important to be able to relax your pelvic floor as it is to engage? Did you know that your pelvic floor has a relationship with your diaphragm? We'll be looking into this and what it means for our bodies.

Time: 14:30 - 16h France/ 13:30-15h UK time

Price: 92€ for 6 sessions paid before the start of the course.

Groups are limited to a maximum of eight people.
